All of our homes are NON-Smoking. No smoking or vaping in any homes at anytime. This is our most important rule.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved, housebroken dogs on a case by case basis for a $40 one time pet fee. This fee is for your entire stay and is non refundable.
– Not all homes are pet-friendly
– Cats and other animals are not allowed.
– Dogs are not allowed on the couch, bed, or any furniture(There is an additional $99 cleaning fee for pet hair on furniture)
– Poop bags are provided at the home and you are expected to clean up after your pet. If you do not want to pick up after your pet, the cleaners will for a $20 pickup fee.

There will be no hosts, pets or strangers wandering around the home or property. Our guests have complete access to the entire home and have complete privacy while staying with us.
You are able to check-in anytime after 3 pm. If you going to arrive in town prior to 3 PM, please let us know ahead of time and we can try to get you in early if the cleaners finish early. Most days, we can usually get our guests in an hour or two early when things go right.
The check out time is 10 AM and the cleaners tend to arrive at 10:15 AM. Late check outs are available for most days but must be approved ahead of time.
You can cancel your booking for free up within 48 hours of finalizing your booking. However, all cancellations must be processed at least 30 days prior to your booking arrival date.
We hope that you take care of the home during your stay but our guests are not required to do any check-out work upon leaving. We always appreciate when our guests start a load of dishes or laundry though.
We do allow SOME get togethers and events. All events must be approved ahead of time and follow the event rules:
– Do not leave party decor behind. The cleaning fee is the same for a normal stay and a stay with an event and the cleaning is expected to be the same as well. If there is additional cleaning, there will be an additional cleaning fee
– No overflow trash
– Do not rearrange the furniture
– Respect quiet hours and respect the neighbors. Keep the attendees and parking to a minimum to not disrupt the neighborhood.

When we get within the week of your check-in date, I will send over the check-in instructions that covers all the up-to-date house information including the keypad garage code you will use for home access and can be shared amongst your booking party.
There are far too many amenities provided to list them all here but here are some of the most requested.
In the kitchens you will find pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, bowls, cooking spoons and ladles, blender, microwave, coffee maker, spices, first aid kit, cleaning supplies and so much more.
The bedrooms are well designed and have comfortable Costco Mattresses, four pillows, a warm weather quilt, a cold weather comforter and clean sheets. Each closet will have space and hangers for your wardrobe.
The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and a body wash. We provide clean hand towels, bath towels and even make up towels.
All of our homes have a pack n’ play available at all times during your stay.
The washer and dryer are available for our guests to use during their stay. We also provide an iron, ironing board, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls.
We price all of our homes very competitively based on the location, quality, amenities and service provided. All of our guests get our best service and our best prices with no exceptions.
